Resolutions:

1) A research book on history of the race to initiate as early as possible. The sole purpose of this research should be a deliberate and in depth study on this race from historical and anthropological point of view with reference to Assam and as well as India to find the hidden and undiscovered facts about the race and establishing the same. The study should include mysterious Ganga dynasty, Pani people of east, Ancient Indian Naval war, Anicent soldiers of North eastern Indian states, Kalika puran, Yugini tantra, Charyapadas written in ancient Kamrupa, ancient civilization of Brahmaputra valley, origin and development of  Assamese language, ancient kingdoms of Assam, King Dibyeshwar Kaibartta, King Nagsankar, King Jitary, King Arimotto, King Prithu, Ratanpur Kingdom of Mazuli, Moyur Dhaj kings of Majuli, Kalu Bhuyan or Kalu Dum king of Midnapore, Aborigin Bhuyans of Orrissa and Assam and coastal area of south eastern  and eastern India, Mayur dhaj  Kings of Tamralipta,  reference of Kaibartta warrior from ancient novel Rajtarangini, King Hazara Barman stone and copper plate inscriptions, Ahom empires Navy, Sargadew Rudra Singha’s naval expedition to conquer Hindustan, Kaibartta satras and stradhikars,   British era All Assam Kaibartta Sanmilani and its magazine Tinidiniya Axomiya etc.  An aspirant and suitable candidate to find out as early as possible and facilitate him in his research work with everything from information, references, guidance and even financial aid if required.  In addition to this historical study, a comparative study on socio economic condition of Kaibarttas from ancient time, through British era to present to incorporate. Moreover history and evolution in Kaibarttas of neighboring states also to include.

2) All the educated, established individuals to remind about ancestral kudos of this great race and help them overcome the feelings of inferiority complex and live a normal life with dignity and self esteem. It is observed that most of the educated and established kaibartts try to hide their identity due to the inferiority complex of being from a kaibartta family. It is because they are ignorant of the glorious past of kaibartta race. When the facts will come out, when they and their friend circle came to know that the Assamese language, culture and identity is incepted by our for fathers several thousand years ago, the Dravidian stalk Kaibartta and Baniyans are early settlers of Brahmaputra valley next to Austro Asiatic Khasi Jayantiya and earlier to Bodo-Kachari ,  this land is ruled by Kaibartta rulers, the Kaibartta navy fighting with Mughals  under leadership of Lasit Borphukan, The large naval ships  of Sargadew Rudra Singha are  fleeted by kaibartta boatman cum soldiers and are under command of Kaibartta Paniphukans. When they realize all these past glories they don’t have to live with their head bowing down, they will feel proud to introduce himself as kaibartta like a Ahom, Chutiya, Brahmin, Kalita, Mising, Kachari do. In situations where there is discussion about caste and creed he don’t has to feel awkward or   It will not make him angry if somebody talking about Kaibarttas in his surroundings.

3) From earlier day’s lots of books, thesis papers are written by different authors in different time about this Kaibartta race.  These research works or books should be available to general public. The kaibartta intellectuals should take initiatives in writing articles based on these earlier books or research paper on different media like news papers, popular magazine like Prantik, internet etc and make public, specially other caste people , know the glorious past and contributions of ancient kaibarttas in formation and development of Assamese  language as well as culture.  Moreover  compilation of all the books written about Kaibarttas to a single book  with consent from original author or publishing houses and make this book easily accessible, available and comparatively in cheap rate everywhere in Assam.  Presently books, like Tribedika, Kaibarttas of Assam and books by Chandana Sarma, Sutram Das can be considered.

4) All individual writing books on Kaibarttas or on research work on Kibarttas to find out and contacted and help them by references or suggestions for produce an authentic documents on Kaibarttas.

5) The folk musicians of Kaibartta races to find out and documentary on this kaibartta Dhulias, Dhuliya ozas, original Dhulor “sapor” of kaibartta, Kaibartta bihu sew, original fat Bihu of Dhokuwakhana, pepe badok, kaliya badok, joydhul badok, different lukogeet, bongeet of upper and lower Assam, different dance form of Bihu by kaibartta people, other dance form and music of lower Assam to recorded and documented and preserved for the future generations. All the performances related to a namghar like, gayan bayan, satriya nitya, rax, bhaona, mridingiya khul badon etc to preserve.

6) A mass awareness about education to initiate. Every educated, established individual to volunteer himself to visit the backward areas, villages and inspire and encourage the youths for education. The students showing good performance should be encouraged and if required may provide financial aid for higher education in addition to helping him obtaining the different government schemes for students.  Small meetings can be organizing in villages and people can be motivated for education with inspiring speech.  Moreover proper guidance to give students aspiring higher study.  Experienced individuals may help student cracking competitive examination to get seat in higher education.  Moreover students always should motivated to secure position beyond 7% competing and acquiring unreserved seats and left the 7% for poor and deserving students. If everyone stuck to this 7%, there will not be any real development to the race. This kind of healthy competition is always good for the community.

7) There are lots more to do in the field of social reform. Still in 21st century our society blindfolded with superstition. All the superstition which are harmful to our society and which restrict our development to find out and eliminate with mass public awareness. Firstly we consider the early marriage of our youths.  The flamboyant puberty ritual may be a reason for run away or early marriage of girl child. This kind of unnecessary celebrations or rituals to be re-think.  Moreover it is observed that people living in village areas are often has addiction of tobacco, opium and alcohol. And these kind of addiction most of the time spoil a family life, lead to poverty and in turn the child of the family are deprive of education and always suffer from poor nutrition. Sometime this habits leads to quarrel, scuffle, police case and carry bad name to the community.  This kind of social disease to eliminate with public support and mass public awareness.

8) Unification of different sects of Kaibarttas. It has been observed that with time our community disintegrated to different groups based on differentiation of beliefs though all are following Hinduism. This kind of disintegration is very harmful and we should think of how all these sects can be lift to the same platform. The rituals the habits we adopt and practice because of religion are always good for our day to day life. But it should not have adverse affect on” work is worship “principle and whatever we believe should not come against our brotherhood.  All the leaders of different sect to approach and convince them to believe in togetherness.

9) Self motivated cell formation in villages. Due to illiteracy, due to ignorance the people living in rural areas are not aware of the different government schemes and the unemployed people also not updated with job vacancies in different government or private organization. A information cum execution cell may form in each locality and sole purpose of this cell would be to inform people about different government schemes and help them availing the same in addition to informing the employed about job vacancies, advertisement and help them applying and appearing in interviews.  In some remote villages of Bihar some people volunteer themselves to stick advertisement in notice boards placed in village club or pubic place and help the unemployed to apply for the same. Now days a computer with internet serve the purposes. We can also think of such initiatives.  For this kind of work we can co-ordinate with government agencies or other schedule caste organizations. But we will always avoid conflict and keep safe distance from controversies. Because once we come in controversy we will diverted from our goal.  In case of any irregularities observed government facilities we will guide and help deprive one to apply through proper channel, but we will not go for protest. For protest and scrutiny there are other Schedule caste organization and agencies, we will left the front for them.  After all we will always avoid conflict and controversies.

10) From ages our race is blessed with famous personalities like Dr. Bhupen Hazarika, Bonkonwar Anondiram Das, Acharya Illaram Das, Dr. Bhabendra Nath Saikia, Jayanta Hazarika and lots more. As a tribute to these legendry figures we can approach central as well as state government to present them different national or state award posthumously. Moreover living legends like JP Das, Dolly Das, Samar Hazarika, Amar Hazarika, Archana Mahanta, Arun Das and others can be felicitated as on when any opportunity arises. The unknown folk artist to explore and introduced to the public.

11) Now we should decide whether we should go for incept a new organization or we should go through more ground works to make a strong base for inception of the strongest organization covering at least 80% of Kaibartta population. Moreover we need educated, dedicated, honest, intellectual and experienced person with good leadership quality to lead this proposed organization. Here in our facebook and whatsup group hardly 0.0001% of educated established kaibartta people able to interact with each other. We are yet to touch and convey our message to remaining portion of our educated masses. Our quest for promising persons with all good quality to make a think tank should continue.  If we form a organization at this stage it would not be fruitful and sustainable one. Till formation of a full-fledged organization we will serve the needy one in our individual capacity and some time together.

12) How we will go to form our organization: how we will start our organization. Presently we are existing in facebook and whatsapp. There is not any donation or contribution collected from anyone and we decide not to collect any money from anyone for functioning of our organization. It is only because once monetary transaction started there is maximum chances of corruption, which in turn malign the image of the organization and it leads to a collapse. So avoid unwanted collapse of our organization we want start it in cyber form, where 100% transparency is possible. Further deliberation in this regard in next meeting.

13) Initiation for green revolution:  In rural areas, along river side, river islands there are lots of barren land.  Unemployed youths of rural areas can be encouraged to acquire those lands forming small self help group and availing all the government agricultural development facilities for cultivation there. With help other NGO or agricultural department the youth can be trained about mushroom cultivation, honey farm, dairy farm, fishery farm etc. Moreover they can be helped financially with logistic support to purchase govt. subsidized agricultural machinery like tractor, water pump, cold storage etc.  This would strengthen economic back bone of our rural folk.

Our motto: There may be differences, but we are united.
